Hace 5 dias que envie un ticket pero aun no me responden, es normal que tarden tanto? (aunque unos me mencionan que simplemente me ignoran/sob)

    los tickets suelen contestarse en almenos 48 horas en dias "habiles" si bien recuerdo, el 31 y 1 son feriados y el 2 y 3 son fin de semana, por lo que estos ultimos 4 dias de trabajo no son considerados "dias habiles"
