Hola, qué tal?

Llevo varios días intentando terminar la quest mencionada en el título y me quedo hasta el paso donde hablo con los documentos y me dice que espere seis horas ? Transcurre este tiempo mencionado y solo me aparecen los mensajes que muestro, a continuación: 

Ayuda, por favor.

    Te recomiendo que consultes videos para ver si ese mensaje le sale en algún momento a otro jugador, si crees que se trata de algún error puedes consultarlo con alguien del staff del server
