    Hola,

    La parte de Morgenstein es una miniquest dentro de la quest de alchemist, no es solamente hablar con el npc y ya, debes hacer esa miniquest completa, solo que no es necesario preparar los Mixture y Counteragent, aquí esta la guía completa del Job change a alchemist, la parte que buscas es el punto 5:

    Si aun después de hacerla completa, persiste el error, comunícalo por este medio.

    Y por favor, no escribas todo en letras mayúsculas.
