Bueno, quería reportar este error para evitar confusiones si es que luego aparece en los logs alguna operación ilegal de mi parte (Ver imagen). Se trataba de una aplicación que es básicamente un monitor de internet la que estaba causando el problema. Precisamente, su nombre es ------

-No colocar enlaces a sitios externos-

Cerré el programa para ver si dejaba de tener problema y el problema persistía, Supongo que era por qué el programa estaba ejecutando algún servicio de Windows. Lo desinstale y ahora espero que no vuelva a aparecer el error. Si vuelve a suceder, informaré. Este post es solo un aviso. Las cuentas afectadas son cuenta1 y cuenta2
