Buenas a todos, quien de aquí es de Pamplona?

 

Necesito una pequeña ayuda con el tema de las zonas azules para aparcar en Pamplona... llevo aquí viviendo poco tiempo por trabajo y necesito algo de ayuda sinceramente.

 

He visto esta información, pero antes quiero que alguien me explique un poco todo, ando algo verde sinceramente.
