    saludos, mi nombre es Berlin, escribo por que hise un tiket de un incubus que se perdio mientras lo mandaba por correo y no resolvieron el problema, pues ahora perdi todo mi equipo de la misma manera pues siempre lo hacia y no habia problemas, me costo conseguirlo aun que no sea mucho, podrian ayudarme porfavor?
