Buenas, queria consulta algun tiempo estimado para respuesta/resolucion de tickets en general?.

No es queja, es para ver si espero o lo medio soluciono creandome otro personaje de cero (que no seria lo ideal).

    Desconozco, quizás tardan 1 semana, 1 mes, 6 meses. Depende del tiempo, hago una cosa u otra.
