hola estoy teniendo problemas con el cliente

lo descargo y ejecuto

pero salta un error que dice "no tienes los permisos para este archivo" 

y se borra de la pc el instalador

como puedo solucionar este problema?

    Es probable que el firewall o la configuración de seguridad de tu ordenador este impidiendo la instalación, trata de ejecutar como administrador.
