Descargue e instale el Cliente, cree la cuenta pero no puedo Jugar porque me sale el siguiente Mensaje:

 

Cannot Init d3d OR grf file has a problem

 

Por favor su ayuda, que puedo hacer?

    Hola, por favor abra el opensetup dentro de su carpeta de juego como administrador (da click derecho y selecciona ejecutar como administrador si usa windows 7 o superior), ajuste el dispositivo gráfico y el tamaño de la pantalla a su elección y vea si el error persiste después de hacerlo.
