no puedo enviar tiket

trato de enviar tiket para recuperar mi cuenta y no me deja que el usuario solo admite ciertos caracteres  y 2 estoy haciendo la quest de guillotine y el paso de esperar 1 horar no me deja avanzar llevo desde ayer cuando llegue a ese paso otro cros estaba haciendo el mismo paso y a el si le aparecio

    Hola, por favor contáctenos en el chat de soporte para revisar que sucedió en la quest. Sobre lo de enviar ticket por favor envie una foto de lo que aparece cuando lo intenta enviar.

    Me parece que el problema de no poder enviar ticket es que para hacerlo debe tener una cuenta del foro y el usuario es un invitado. Asi que primero cree una cuenta por favor y luego intente enviar el ticket nuevamente.
