Se me va el audio y ya no suena pero sigo jugando

Cuando juego en dungeon se me va el audio cuando estoy en ciudad si escucho la musica de fondo que hago

    Hola, ¿qué opciones tiene en su setup?

    Asi mismo revise con los siguientes comandos que el sonido esté activo:

    /sound

    /v 127

    /bv 127

    Si aun después de revisar que esté activo el sonido y al volumen máximo, verifique que no tenga la opción de "solo sonido chat" activa, la cual es (que en teoria aun deberia escucharse la música aun con ese comando activo)

    /tingonly

    Si persiste el problema favor de contactar.

    Si con lo anterior no te funciono, prueba con cerrar el cliente y volver a abrirlo. Me ha pasado que el sonido se me fue pero cuando reinicio el cliente vuelvo a tener sonido.
