juego no se ejecuta - arroja game crash log

buenas tardes,

por favor su ayuda, al reinstalar el juego con previa descarga desde la pagina oficial, al ejecutar el juego me arroja un block de notas llamado Game Crash Log.

Hola, ¿usa windows 11 home? de ser asi entonces por favor haga los pasos del 4to spoiler del siguiente tema y me dice si el error persiste:

no resulto lo indicado por ti. 😭

efectivamente tengo win 11 home, pero antes yo podía jugar sin problemas en este ordenador.

me percate que el archivo dbghelp.dll no existe. 

quedo atento, gracias
