    logré solucionarlo! en el setup.exe (en la carpeta) click derecho propiedades, compatibilidad, solucionar problemas de compatibilidad y.... haces todo como lo pone en ese link: te explica. yo lo hice y me funciono pero fijate en hacer lo del setup y lo q pone a continuacion
